How to Use this Site?
Determining what financial vibrancy means for your agency is an essential first step. The Self-Assessment Tool will help you define your agency’s goals.
Then click through the nine interrelated ‘paths’ that are critical to building effective, financially vibrant organizations. Insights from practitioners within these paths have been sub-divided into Lessons Learned, Success Stories, Notes from the Field, Recommended Resources, and Food for Thought.
Share the content on the site by clicking on “Forward to a Friend’. Post your own stories or lessons learned. Search content keywords (or tags) by using the Tag Cloud. The Tag Cloud shows the multiple points of interconnection within the paths.
Look for “Add your own experiences”, “Add your Success Story”, “Add Resources”. Please first register and log-in to add your own stories, resources and experiences.
The site is designed using advanced Web 2.0 technologies. The point is to build networked communities and share knowledge in a participatory, multilayered way.
For Success Stories, tell us what your challenge was, how you overcame it, and what you learned as it relates to financial vibrancy. Your Success Stories will be sent to ONESTEP to be vetted and then posted on the site. Please refer to our Editorial Policy
